Comprehensive Patient Services
In keeping with its commitment to patient services, we offer a comprehensive patient services. From the moment a patient, physician or family member contacts the International Patient Services to the moment the patient returns home, a staff member specially trained is committed to meet the needs of the patient and his/her family.
Following the initial contact, an array of fully personalized services is available through the Gulf Patient Services. Once this office is notified of the patient´s arrival time and flight number, specially trained individuals will meet the patient at the airport and expedite him/her through customs and immigration, arrange transportation to the Hospital, and address any special needs the patient may have. When the patient arrives at the International Hospital of Bahrain, a Gulf Patient Representative visits the patient, on a regular basis, throughout his/her stay at the Hospital.
