Serving the needs of mothers and babies with no less than six specialist and consultants share in the running of this active department. Prevention of complications, safe and comfortable labour and the implementation of the highest standards of quality and excellence gave the department its reputation over the years. The department is now delivering young ladies, who were themselves born in the Hospital, and delivered by members of the Obstetrics and Gynaecology department.
