Headed by a consultant neurosurgeon, this department tackles surgical conditions of the brain and the spinal cord. Recent advances in diagnostics with MRI angiography, spiral CT, with multidimensional image reconstruction, help the neurosurgeon in the operative diagnosis, assessment and surgical planning.
